    well lemmie resay that makes it seem like i say no protein before work out that is wrong..def get protein in before u work out but i'm sayen make it in food somehow i wouldnt recomend a shake is all lol but afterwards a 25-40 gram protein shake sure is luvly for the muscles to soak up

      Well first of all, run after training, so then you can push yourself without worrying about keeping your technique in the gym afterwards.

      Second, drink pedialyte or a sports drink to rehydrate after beng sick.
