    T****zius

Because i throw so many left punches, my left t****zius has grown very much, while my right side remanins smaller than it.

It kinda looks weird from front, and i was wondering if any of you guys experienced this sorta problem...

Got any tips except throwing many right punches?

Try keeping your left hand behind your back and working the heavy.

why do you throw sooo many more lefts than rights that your muscles would be deformed?

          I feel you bro.
The right hook has to be the most unnatural punch for me.
Maybe by the fact that you never use the right hook and use the left hook all day might cause that.
Hook maybe effect different muscles then straight punches .
WHen you throw a left hook against a heavy bag you take a kickback which your t****zius stabilize while a straight right goes in the shoulder/shoulderblade/rotator cuff.
Just a guess but that make sense.

Train your neck with weights, that will build your t****zius overall

If you want to build the the other one up, most pulling exercises will work your traps. Shrugs isolate them the most.

You should really try chaging you fighting style and training so the same thing doesnt happen over and over. You dont want to train one muscle of a group only for an extended time. The root of the problem is that you dont want to go through the hard work that it takes to make your game more well rounded or become a better fighter.

No one should be throwing that much with one arm, or overtraining one arm like that.

Punching isn't really something that uses your t****zius...at least not to the point where you would see any notable difference. The t****zius is used when you lift your shoulders straight up towards your ears...as per the shoulder shrug. What you may have is a sloping shoulder...which might be due to a curvature of the spine also know as scoliosis. It is not uncommon and usually not an issue. I'd ask my doctor if you want to be sure. If that's the case it's nothing that you can fix with exercise...but you would want to be careful about doing things that place a lot of pressure on the spine like heavy squats which could stress the spine where it curves and possibly bulge a disk.
