    Soreness, leave it be, or burn through it?

    Easy question, I've been alternating upper and lower body. Today I should be working my core and arms according to that system.

    My core is still pretty sore, my legs are definitely sore and my arms are kind of sore.

    Pain is just weakness leaving the body? or?

    What kind of Sore? Lactic Acid sore, pulled muscle sore, torn acl sore?

    If you're just good ol' regular sore, some dynamic stretches (i tend to avoid static stretching.. personal opinion) and a light jog and you'll probably feel better. Then get to work!!!
