At my gym there is a kid same age as me (15) that is being taught more by the coach by going to his house and fighting at his house (coaches house) he is learning things I've never been taught and I've been boxing for 6 months. My problem is he gets away from my punches and likes to duck a lot what should I do against a hard hitting smaller opponent.

helpful tips against a agressive boxer

If he's a lot smaller in weight, body shots.
Body shots against a natural smaller opponent hurt like crazy.
If he's really aggressive, throw light quick jabs, all your trying to do is blind him and get him to move where you want him to move, but you want him to stay aggressive.
Than follow up with hard hooks, upper cuts, load up too.
Also, you only got 6 months training which is nothing, so don't be surprises if you can't do much.
Now you clearly don't have Randall Bailey power, but this is a good example. Notice how he just sticks his jab out before both of knock downs. He uses it to blind his opponent, to freeze him for a second, and to line up the right Hand which is locked and loaded.
