I love the slip bag.
Use it all the time, practising my side to side pendulum movement. I always throw in combinations while slipping, just trying to get my head movement right and making it muscle memory to move after punching.
I normally throw jabs and uppercuts after or before slipping, has anyone got any specific combo's that are best to practise on the slip bag?
Now aside from the fact that I love the slip bag, is it really functional? I haven't really noticed a difference when inside the ring in regards to my slipping but that might just be because I haven't practised enough?
