Try Ironmind.com. They are a good website with a lot of resources toward building up your grip strength. They're known for their Captains Of Crush gripper which start at 60lbs. of pressure and increasingly go up to 365 lbs. of pressure. I think only a few people have closed the heaviest. I have the 80lbs. gripper and the 140 lbs. gripper, which is called the Level One. I can close with my right hand with some difficulty and I'm working on closing it with my left. Give them a shot if you want grip work and they aren't too much money either.

cool! Good K for you. Can you give me any more info on the 80 and 140, anything you can compare them to, is it a struggle to do, do you have strong hands anyway or not?

I don't naturally have strong hands but I worked hard at building up a grip doing things like lifting somewhat heavy boxes at work with one hand, fingertip push ups and I bought from a sporting goods store those rubber balls that you squeeze to help make my grip strong. I worked hard and I made progress.
When I got the 80 lbs. Captains of Crush grip I was worried that it would be too much because I didn't know what to compare 80 lbs. of pressure with. I found it, maybe easy is the wrong word, but no problem in closing it. I can do about 15-20 reps with each hand closing it. Maybe if I hadn't done all that work before getting the grips I would have had a harder time. However, when I got the 140 lbs. grip, I did find it very hard to close like I said in the other post. I use the lighter grip as a warm up and then I close the heavier grip with my right and work on closing it with the left. In a few months I hope to move to the next level of grips, which I think is 195 lbs.

Yeh I looked at the site thankyou, the 60 says is what you should start with if you havent done it before or are in rehab, and 80 if you already use gripping in your sport. I dont but I think Ill get thje 80 and I dont want it to be too light... My grips not too strong but its not weak, if its hard Ill just perservere. yeh only 5 people have closed the 365lb one!!

i haver 2 and 3 i can close 2 but not easily and i consider myself a strong guy.

i would get the 80 and the 140 to start because the 140 is going to be too strong for 90% of untrained people
