Does "Pretty Boy "exist in Round 3?

I know he's in the PSP version...but what about PS2 or XBOX? anyone know if ur supposed to unlock him? or did he not make the roster?....this game just isn't a complete "boxing" game for boxing fans if no Mayweather...I mean, his skills speak for itself...why no Mayweather?...I hope he's unlockable...whas the word, anyone?
