Yes they can.

If they score an early one they will win easily IMO. The momentum will carry them through. But if Inter score one, the tie is dead

Barca will come out all guns blazing and try and get an early goal to rattle Inter. Inter will stay firm and try and catch them on the break.

I think whoever scores first wins, Barca score first and they get the heart to keep pushing and will win. Inter score and they have some breathing room and won't be so tense, will defend better.

But, this is football. I won't be surprised if I see alot of goals in this one.
