Yes. I have seen him in a few games. He was considered the best player in schoolboy football last season. His nickname is Whisper. He dominated our high school league but I have seen a few youths do that and didn't turn out to anything special at the pro level.

Here is one of his best games from last December. He did it against the best school in last season's schoolboy season. Those defenders weren't really impressive in this game though. So I can't rate him until he starts playing pro football completely.
