Will do although i don't count them as competitive sports. I might've heard about it but didn't register in my brain. Pro wrestling has always been very shady. There's a conspiracy theory that Owen Hart death wasn't an accident but it's only conspiracy theory. Same as Sonny Liston's death that he was murdered by the mafia.

Another incident which i can think of, though didn't result in death but almost as bad, was the American ice skater who was attacked cos of rivalry.

They went out like Devin Haney too.

The USA just isn't a good footballing side and will never be.

I don't care how many Pulisic we have, they will always end up like this game or against Panama.

          Always.

We would be better off letting the NCAA Division I soccer champions represent the US, or the Seattle Sounders. Minus any international players.

              And Germany loses.

No surprise to me. I knew they would get done by the likely winner.

Though France-Portugal is still ongoing. The winner of that might win it all really.

They were two really boring quarter finals.

For France to be as dry as they are isn't good enough. England fans complain but look at that team ffs!! They are superstars and can barely muster a shot on goal.

I think the Euros has been a bad tournament.

Other than Turkey and Austria. I haven't enjoyed watching any of the teams. Georgia were fun too.

Pep's legacy has ruined footy a bit. Everything is done to stop a turnover and a break away. There is no ebb and flow to these games between good teams. They barely f.ucking ebb.

                Dry stuff.

Still though. The Swiss are gonna get weighed tomorrow.

Loved the Spain/Germany game, was watching in a pub split 50/50, lots of fun. I said from the start I thought Spain wind the tournament and I stick by it. France/Portugal was cagey as hell aside from some wild missed chances in the 2nd half. French need Giroud at the 9, don't know what the hell they are thinking, but they have always clicked with him up top.

For me Spain has played the best and been the most consistent out of all the teams.

I think France is a bad matchup for them, though.

The US could have hired Jesse Marsch to coach the national team in 2023, but chose to rehire Gregg Berhalter instead. Marsch has Canada in the semifinals of Copa America.
