I doubt anyone from other teams can really say what level the rival youth teams are at.. as a Man United fan i have not seen nearly enough of Gibson and co to make a verdict. So to claim i know enough to make a judgement on Arsenal youth players is a complete lie, the guy i have seen most is Ramsey and that's highlights mainly from Wales games.
