They are on about how they are going to run away. Acting as if everything is normal so Tate doesn't find out. They're talking about changing names and disguising themselves. It's obvious what they're talking about. Two girls afraid to leave and planning their escape.

US girl seems to have got the embassy rolling since the day she set foot on Romania (arrived in Romania on 5th, Mother saying US embassy on fire on 6th, Romania raid happens on 12th). Though she does put the blame on her mother. Also how do you hold people hostage while they keep their phones?

Tate has said openly he moved to Romania because they were corrupt and he could pay them off. Maybe the girls actually believed that. Why are any abused women afraid to phone the cops to leave? I can't tell you, but it happens.

They're literally saying they want to leave and had to act normal so Tate wouldn't find out. So they waited until the authorities came to get away, so what? I don't know how what you typed proves they weren't afraid to leave.

What are you on about? They are talking about acting, creating fake tears etc (2 days before the raid). Saying they deserve an oscar and creating a netflix movie after the raid. And they even have one of the girls talking to her mother who is pissed the girl put the embassy in force with a lie.

The transcripts ( if real ) say explicitly that the Tates "dont care if we leave" , the girls mother is scolding the girl for causing a scene with the american embassy, the girl responds by saying "thats your fault ( mum ) " , the girls mother calls her arrogant and ignorant.

She doesn't say the "Tates" only Tristan and she was talking to her mother, maybe doesn't want her to worry. She says she didn't call them and blames her mother. Keep spinning though.

This will likely be used as evidence to support their story in court. You thought it helped the tates though.
