What to do about parents?

Spill it man. I feel like this could be something a grown, married men can understand. I have alot of things to vent about my parents.

Old people are very hard headed and stubborn. It's tough to make compromises with people who are stuck in their ways.

I havent spoke to my parents for a year and I dont plan to. It sounds bad to third person but I dont have a relationship with them.

I barely talk to my parents either

But not that I dont get along with them or anything

I'll talk to girls I'm dating or ppl i do business with thats about it



I just talk to my parents when my mom call (dad is like me, he doesn't like to talk either)

I'll talk to them at family gathering if I show up

Your pops is the stoic type right? My old man doesnt put more than few words together so I dont even know who he is.

My parents are good to each other but not to their kids. It's weird. My mom refuses to be a hands on grandmother and that triggered an animosity. Im very bitter towards them.

My pops doesn't really talk

All he ever does is like offer ppl food when he cooks

Maybe once in a while he'll be loving to the kids and to my sisters when he's drunk lol

Aside from that he's not really the loving, talking type

Old man just likes to drink, watch TV and gamble
