yea, morally ive got no issues with him shooting him but legally i thought it looked like a murder case as it wasnt really self defence, saying that the feed says the charges were dropped so who knows

Although the teen followed him out and shot him while he was allegedly no longer a threat, would justice ever have been served in a city like Chicago if this brute was allowed to just walk away?
