it is time to raise the voting age

to 21 at the very least or preferably 25 in my opinion. youve got kids with no life experience being able to vote, some of these kids may not have even paid tax yet or had a proper job and they are easily fooled and manipulated by peers, teachers and politicians

If they're old enough to fight and die for their country then they're old enough to vote.

They should be able to buy a beer when they get home too. Most civilized countries let you enjoy a drink by the age of 18.

can maybe make a voting exception for people serving in the armed forces so they could still vote

          These debates are dumb.

Everyone has an idea for adding a voting restriction that would remove the right to vote from people they disagree with but wouldn't affect their own right to vote.

At least until they are 21. I agree. The left ******* crowd is against this idea. They like them young, easy to manipulate and ignorant.

Such a bill would only pass with a ********** President who has both the house and senate. Such a bill to amend the constitution would take 2/3 majority if Introduced, I think.

In other words is not going to happen. Neither will accepting Puerto Rico or Washington DC a state like the ******** want. That takes a 2/3 majority bill too.

Hmm interesting. Which age group on which ideological spectrum believes in alternative facts?

The easier people to manipulate are older, uneducated and uninformed. Trump, DeSantis and the far right proves this daily.
