You should treat all murderers the same. Yes I agree with that. Not all alleged criminals, which is what you were arguing before.
No you shouldn’t. In each case you point out the jaywalker had a criminal record so the cops knew who they were dealing with. If I jaywalker, I have no criminal record so it would be completely unethical and illegal to treat me like a convicted felon.
Geez this can’t be that hard to grasp.

You said treat all criminals alike in Response to me repeatedly asking about the crime Floyd allegedly committed- passing a fake $20- and how this response was way over the top.
I said you don’t treat a jaywalker like a rapist. The example you gave was isolated and made you look dumb AF.
I literally said that multiple times that you treat like crimes alike. Rapists. Murderers. So the pretending you didn’t see that will not work.
I guess someone PMed you or told you how f-cking dumb it is to argue treating all criminals alike.

An Elizabeth man stopped by police for jaywalking was arrested Wednesday in Morris Plains after a driver's license search revealed an active traffic warrant, according to borough police.
They detained him, they searched his DL found a warrant, then arrested him. They didn’t just arrest him for the warrant like they knew he had it.
Geez dude just stop

yes, you treat ALL crimes the same until you figure out what's going on!! that goes for passing a fake $20 or killing someone or stealing a candy bar!! YOU treat them ALL the same until you figure out what's going on. because like I mention and posted examples, HOW do you know the person passing the fake $20 is not wanted for murder or doesn't have any warrants out for his arrest , etc???!!!!! come on man!!! this ain't got nothing to do with Blacks.
You clearly are either dumb AF or just playing dumb AF just to argue.
You don’t know. But you don’t treat them like they might. That is against the constitutional rights that any American has.
The cops job is not to assume someone may be a criminal. They are not trained to do that. They are to handle the situation using the required amount force.
Cops pull their gun when arresting someone with a warrant for murder. Not when someone has a warrant for a parking ticket. Again, having to explain this to you is mind boggling.
Of course it does. You wouldn’t be ok with the cops violating an American citizen’s rights unless they were black.Last edited by The Big Dunn; 05-02-2025, 04:48 PM.

I am saying IF YOU commit a crime, small or big, YOU should be treated the same way until the situation gets cleared...
"treating the same way", meaning, hands behind your back, cuffs on.
you seem to think I am trying to say "treating the same way" by beating on the person or something.,,.. what the hell is wrong with you?

What is police excessive force?
Excessive force by a law enforcement officer is any type of force that is objectively unreasonable and/or unnecessary under the circumstances.
When determining whether the force used against an individual violated an individual’s rights under the U.S. Constitution, courts consider the following non-exhaustive factors:- The severity of the alleged crime
- etc....
