The head pilot left to take a nap, leaving an inexperienced pilot behind who clearly ****ed it up. For the prices we pay there should be three people even just to avoid something like this.
what about extending the cockpit and adding a restroom/bathroom for the pilots only that way they never need to leave...going to a third experienced person in there is a must also

Not a bad idea... but what if one of the pilot's has some serious case of bubbleguts and pushes out one of those danky vile loads that stinks up the entire cockpit? Kinda high risk if I do say so myself. Imagine all of them feinting from the stench, now that's a scary sight.

Horrible news by the way. Some people are just so far gone they disregard everyone around them and become so self absorbed with their issues that they not only succumb to their demons, but drag everyone around them into their blackhole.

Damn bro... I knew you were Blanco and all but that sig selfie just brings you to an entirely new light. Now I see why you're such a massive "Chocolatito" fan... You should change your name to El Chocolate Oscuro would make more sense.

Weird circumstances. I don't know what can be done in this situation, you can make sure two people are in the ****pit at all times, but then one can over power the other.

You could install a bathroom, but that would take billions to do to all modern aircraft.

I'm thinking the best solution is that since technology is where it is now, have the planes controlled by the tower, not by the pilots. Have an override system, like a drone type situation.

Either way, I'm sure we are going to find out much more about the co-pilot.

supposedly the FAA has a "rule" that one of the stewardess has to be in the ****pit with one pilot if the other pilot leaves...

only the FAA has that rule... supposedly.

but who knows he coulda had a heart attack... but this morning the french dudes said that it was done on purpose.

If you make it easier to access the ****pit, people will inevitably complain if that is exploited by *********s.

The trouble is, if you give a way for the pilot/s to open the door then a ********* can threaten them to open the door for them.

You could put in toilets or a 3rd person but people want their $29 flights, this was a budget airline and that all costs money as do regular psych evaluations.

I guess the only thig is to have a stewardess in there but he could have just killed/KOed her/him anyway.
