Of course racism is not genetic, nor are any other traits people try to hinge upon a race in order to discredit them. Saying this race or that race is inherently violent, lazy, more likely to ****, etc., is ignorant. No race or individual is born hating anyone, it is learned/taught.

That said, I wouldn’t consider an animal that is capable of overpowering you and devouring your flesh in one sitting a good pet.

Anyone from any race can be a decent human being but genetics is about averages spread over a vast population and the resulting civilization/political atmosphere/etc.

I don't know that in my life I've ever seen anyone suggest every member of group A is a peaceful genius nor every member of group B is a violent imbecile. Rather they're worried about the political role/niche each group is assuming within a shared society and how the lopsidedness could prove unsustainable.

Isn't that how every ethnic debate is wasted, though?

You spend 90% of the time reassuring someone that you don't hate them, don't want to kill them, and aren't accusing them or their family of wrong doing but are discussing overall trends and inequities.

So what was Hitler's childhood like? Well four out of his five sibling died before the age of 7. His father was domineering with a mean streak. His mother was meek and submissive. He was good in lower school but did very poorly academically when graduated. He was suspected of being gay. Liked to be urinated on by women. I'd say his genetics and upbringing came together to create a monster. I don't think you can separate the two in his case.
