I got it pretty early (very mild case) so I have the antibodies. I'm mostly medically illiterate; does that mean I can no longer spread it?

Same here, I'll wait and see if anyone's lungs explode or some other crazy shyt before considering a vaccine. If they're made along the same principles of a flu vaccine then it should be relatively safe. If the COVID-19 continues to mutate though, a vaccine that works today may not be effective weeks or months later.
