The officer that knelt on Floyd's neck has finally been arrested and charged with 3rd degree murder and manslaughter!

I applaud officials for making the arrest finally but did it really require 3 days of rioting, looting, burning, and millions of dollars of damages inflicted to prompt them to finally do what should have been done immediately? Any civilian that knelt on someone's neck like that, causing death would be arrested ASAP
