    k-1 switzerland (spoilers)

Jerrel Venetiaan won the zwiss k-1 gp last night an qualified for the world gp end of the year. So we are gonna see this pride fighter in the k-1 final this year. He defeated his training partner Bjorn Breggy in the final.

It was fun to see two Vos Gym fighters fighting eachother. They all train together and coach together normally but this time the team was split up and they had to battle against eachother.

None of the fights were realy good, imo a very boring event. After the death of Andy Hug the European Champion title was vacant until this event. I think it's a shame that Jerrell Venetiaan is now the so called European Champion in a tournament where non of the best european fighters were fighting. No disrespect for Jerrell he was the best fighter of the evening, but a true european champion must have fought the best fighters to own this title.

Jerrel never turned a fight down and has some impressive wins over guys such as Alexy Ignashov and Remy Bonjasky twice! He earned his title

There's no doubt that Jerrel is a great fighter but i think it was a mistake of the K-1 organizers to give away this vacant title at that tournament where no top class fighters have started except of Jerrel and maybe Bregy.

Jerrel will not win the Grand Prix. He's just not on that level.
