I have a tournament in 3 moths, I have been working pretty hard on cardio & speed, now I am going to start working with weights and cardio again using Kettle bells because I don't want to move and look like frankenstein. Now I would like to use pre & post workout supplements to help me out a little bit. I don't have to worry too much about the weight because I am a heavy weight and I already lost 18 pounds in 2 month doing cardio, I am 6'1'', and I weight 220, Can some one recommend me real pre & post workout supplements? and tell me how they work and why you recommend them please.

Don't be scared to lift weights. You will add muscle, but by absolutely no means will you put on enough to adversely affect your flexibility/speed... unless you're a genetic freak. You will need to work on your cardio, particularly during grappling, as your new muscle will demand more oxygen. In short, you're going to need to figure out how much muscle your body is comfortable with. As an HW you will want to concentrate on your functional strength rather than shaping and all that...
As for pre/post/intra workout supps... I'm not sure that they're going to give you what you need. They're loaded with caffeine, creatine, other ingredients, and are really designed to give your muscles a pump rather than give you energy or added performance. "Pump" is a bodybuilding term meaning that the muscle you are targeting engorges with blood to give it a fuller appearance-- obviously this isn't what you want as a fighter.
Let me know if you have more questions. I'm actually going to go workout

Well if you've never taken a Pre-Workout before. I wouldn't use jack3d. Jack3d contains 1,3 which is a few chemical bonds away from being an amphetamine.
It will give you insane energy when combined with caffeine, but you build up tolerance very quickly to a point where if you use it too long you will be un-affected by any type of stimulant to get you going.
Not only that, but if you are competing in boxing I'm guessing that you are getting pissed tested, and you might test positive for stims. I'm pretty sure 1,3 will be on the banned substance list.
I'd probably recommend something like White Flood or Ragnarok.
NO. Explode is garbage, but not bad for your first PW.
Post Workout, I'd just get a Whey Isolate Powder. Optimum Whey or if you are worried about weight or going low carb, Isopure is good too.
If you are dead set on Jack3d and aren't worried about the 1,3, then I'd actually go with Cryoshock instead of Jack3d, it's much better. Just make sure you take a break every few weeks to give your body a break.
