Holy F#ck Sh^t Yoel Romero Wins $27M In Tainted Supplement Lawsuit

Respect to Yoel at being the first cat I've heard of buttf#cking these shady ass supplement companies.

Doubt he'll ever see that money cuz they are probably filing bankruptcy as we speak, but this should help weed out some of these mfers from this unregulated industry.

Was just about to post this. It's what his manager "claims" but I don't see any reason to doubt it.
"Romeo received $3 million apiece for lost wages, reputable harm and emotional damage, and that total was then tripled under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, according to Kawa."
        I don't know what" a piece " refers to.

I think its just 3M a piece for the lost wages, for the reputable harm & for the emotional damage. So 9M total & then times 3 for 27M.

He'll see the money. They file for bankruptcy but all assets get liquidated and paid out to debtors by level of importance. Bankruptcy just keeps them from being harassed by debtors for x amount of years. But it gets paid.

Whether Yoel is at the top of that list, is up to the court but Yoel should be seeing the cash at some point.

You're assuming this supplement company HAS $27M worth of assets which I'd bet 100% of my net worth (so like $75) they don't.

These supplement companies are super easy to start & outsource. There isn't some owned facility they create these supplements at that can be sold. And I highly doubt they got $27M worth of powder sitting somewhere that they are now looking to sell off. And I'm sure this is an LLC where profits get paid out frequently so there for sure isn't some bank account with $27M in it than can be frozen.

Its a cool story & headline, but if Yoel can get a 100k to a mill for this its a huge W at this point.
