That in no way helps black people that have been marginalized.

He gave a black physician the job of House and Human Services, a job he was completely unqualified for.

What about his position against the central park 5? What about his hiring practices.

This isn’t something I say just to be argumentative.

Your first part is pure speculative, maybe for me too.

But if our whole lives growing up we've known the government to be corrupt and then along comes the guy to say exactly what people been saying,,, and hes a political outsider. I would think that would be a good thing. Of course in saying that the swamp is going to fight back, hence everything we've seen since.

Central Park 5 in my opinion is probably the worst thing Trump has done. And he didnt even do anything except open his big mouth about something that turned out to be false. Its not like he created the narrative though But yea, not a good look.

Whats his hiring practices?? (honest question)

I know that in the late 70's early 80's after NY laid off a ton of police officers he hired one of them to be his driver (a black man) or head of security or something. Not that great a thing really but still good.

He also had a female as the superintendent of the largest project in NY at the time in the early 80's as well. Unheard of at the time but like he said she was the best one for the job.

I dont think youre being argumentative. We just disagree. It happens

What do you think about the first step act??

And how do you feel about Eric Johnson (Dallas Mayor) switching to the ********** party?

Well, the ******* politicians are so bad, support ****** things, and said what?! Even the Big Dunn and Travesty are abandoning them / not defending their positions. You see as long as red states pay for their problem they are okay with it, but when that problem starts happening in New York City is NIMBY!

Well, I think that’s my point. If we had a charismatic, successful black man/woman who’s come from the struggle of California then not only could they become governor but also be on the path to become president

Then again, its not necessarily supressing the vote, they would still vote, it would just be on a different place on the electoral map, which is a man made map either way, no matter who drew the lines. But I don't think they should be strategically re-drawn.

So its a slightly disingenuous way to put it to make it sound like certain people cant vote. Nobody's voting rights have even taken away in this case....

The only cases I've heard of people having their right to vote is when states like Florida had removed the rights for felons to vote....and people claimed it was to stop a lot of black voters. But that rule was for felons, it applied to every colour. So anyome who believed it was to stop black voters is really saying black people commit more crimes.
Voter suppression has a very specific definition. This is what it means:

voter suppression, in U.S. history and politics, any legal or extralegal measure or strategy whose purpose or practical effect is to reduce , or registering to vote, by members of a targeted racial group, political party, or religious . The overwhelming majority of victims of voter suppression in the have been .

And it's not only done with maps. There were various court cases where tactics by **********s were deemed to be aimed at suppressing the Black vote. The ********** party has a long history of this. I appreciate your response, however. At least you admit that it's wrong. Other posters would have made up some other bs.

I'm not really sure what you are trying to say to me here. I'm not a ********, nor a **********. But as it stands, I will never vote ********** as long as their tactics are aimed at suppressing the Black vote and dog whistling to White supremacists. No thanks.

because california ******** dont really care about blacks, gays, or whatever victimhood group they are weaponizing to gain political and financial clout.

people who are not involved in politics but are very ******* never have to live with the people they are purporting to support.

its all so they can preen on social media and show how morally superior they are to people who disagree with them politically.
