      1. Learn how to read and write.

      2. Canelo/Cotto in May will do better than whatever bull**** Floyd 'Books' Mayweather.

Excellent news. It's good to see another superstar, (besides Cotto), who doesn't find it necessary to fight exclusively on ppv.

Hold on, that's not an uncommon perception. So did I and I'm a Cotto fan.

Dan rafael said cotto's fight had to go to ppv because HBO's budget is all spent. Did that change?

If canelo fights on HBO/sho and not ppv that's a good thing but it may be a sign that the ppv plans are on hold-which is also good.

Look up (exclusively) then holla back bro. One fight, 2 even doesn't fall under (exclusively).

I respect your opinion, but I disagree. I saw that fight live. Although a close fight, Miguel Cotto fought through adversity and clearly beat Clottey. I would not say Clottey was robbed. I welcome you to see the fight again, here's the link:

You have to read between the lines of this story. What Alvarez's manager is actually saying is that Alvarez's fight against Lara bombed on PPV (probably sold less than 100,000 buys), so neither GBP or Alvarez made the type of money they wanted to make. His fight against the next opponent won't do any better so they are wising up and putting it on regular cable in the hopes that HBO will pay some ridiculous amount of money that he wouldn't earn in a PPV fight to get Alvarez back on their network.
