He has a point considering GGG tried to put 154-168 on notice, and was willing to go up for the other two, but if you're calling out the smaller guy, you have to make some concessions. 166 probably wouldn't be too bad.

GGG either steps up, or he squashes all that "most feared fighter" crap they've been trying to push.

Because the payday for a Floyd fight is bigger, the same reason GGG would go to 168 for Chavez jr. or Froch and not Ward.
