Ward came knocking and calling GGG out to fight him, but not right then .... "some time next year ... depends on my tune-ups and whether my manager can get me the right ref and judges ..."

he wanted to unify, wasn't able to. But isn't fighting the best opponents part of your legacy regardless of belts? Let's keep it in terms of your guy Canelo, do you think him beating "champions" fielding and Smith enhanced his legacy or were those business decisions? Or would fighting charlo without a belt or Jacob's (who didn't have a belt less than a yr ago)have been better for his legacy?

Got 2 fights against the biggest name, then landed a multimillion dollar contract. Didnt get him in a bad place at all. In fact, hes where most would like to be at his age.

Are you truly naive enough to not only think ggg doesn't consider them belts, but to also think that if he was intending to fight those opponents that he wouldn't be touting them as champion opponents?why would he have went through all the trouble of making excuses if he was facing 1 of them?

Those fighters are the best possible opponents he can face if hes serious of" intending to face only who'll help his legacy facing true champs regardless of having belts or not".

How much do you want to bet that ggg faces a can next instead of 1 of the 3 mw beltholders or a beltholder at 168? You sound to be already making excuses 4 gggs next cherrypick/duck & once again going against everything you said about ginger before.
I don't count those Jr or silver belts as actual belts. Ggg has a 6 fight deal, if 4 of those 6 aren't against top guys then he's a joke. Canelo first fight under dazn was a complete joke despite that guy having a regular title. So Yeah there is a good chance he faces a can his first fight too. Did you complain about fielding for Canelo? And don't give me that move up in Wright nonsense, fielding was so bad that there are some welter weights who'd beat him. Bottom line, is saying that he wants the best regardless of belts isn't a negative comment. It's just Canelo fan boys trying to spin it to make it seem like it's a precursor to a contract full of tomato can opponents. Meanwhile he's faced Jacob's and Canelo in 3 of his last 4 fights.

This is code for I'm not fighting Andrade I'm fighting a bum next to stay in the running for another Canelo payday and beating at the hands of Canelo. I remember the days where GGG would lie to his fans about him caring only about belts and being undisputed LMAO Now all he has to do is fight Andrade next and then the winner of Canelo/Jacobs in sept and he becomes Undisputed. But he worried he will lose to Andrade taking him out the running of another Canelo payday. And has already said that even if Canelo loses to Jacobs he still wants to fight Canelo in sept (a fight that would have no belt involved).

He never cared about belts or being undisputed if he did he would of fought Saunders last year instead of Vanes or the year before that. He pulled out of both fights to land a bigger money fight or to preserve a bigger money fight. Even got stripped for refusing to fight his mandatory and fought a bum Vanes instead. What a hypocrite Mr I'm just a fighter not a businessman and I only care about the belts bs line he said for years to duck tougher fights and criticized other fighters who made decisions based on the biggest payday and not belts.

And yet he still didn't fight him. Opted instead to get stripped of a legit title to fight a blown up, well past his prime 154lber instead.

More than likely the latter. And? What's your point? What's canelo have to do with anything i said or asked? Im just pointing out the utter hypocrisy in what triple jabs tune is singing now as opposed to the bs he spewed in the past to make 97k dummies believe and accept his can picking ass is funny as phuck to me. Don't get offended... Just tell those 97k dumb gullible gggroupies that.... Oh wait... Lmao you are one of them... I give up.

CHARLO has a belt at 160 and has been chasing GG down for 2 yrs. Notice the silence when CHARLO comes up in conversations. GG wants no parts of him!!
