Would Brook have beaten Spence if not for the headbutt that broke Brooks eye?

I went into that fight expecting Spence to take over after a couple of rounds and break brook down

I saw something quite different and had Brook in a clear lead at the halfway point and Spence not looking anything special.

The head clash and reinjuring of Brooks eye was clearly a turning point and Spence took over immediatley

Impossible to know what would have happened but I suspect Brook would have won a fair decision if it hadn't happened.

That's not to say I don't rate Spence, I do and I think he will have a better career than Brook due to not making ****** decisions, I just think stylistically Brook had a good tools etc to deal with Spencer style (aside from a bung eye)
