              good stuff.

              all's you need in this life is body resistance - chin up's and push ups.

              i can do 50 chin ups in a row - 100 pushups in a row.

                  I was skinny.. Like no cuts... Nothing.. Out of shape.. Yes I'm skinny, but now I'm more cut than before. This is just some freestyle ****. Its good stuff. Just showing ya what I learned in 1 month.

                  Also.. Im not a pro.. I'm training.. I'm looking forward to get some AM fights starting in Novemeber or so. I want to enter the Golden Gloves, but I think I'm going to need a certain amount of AM fights before that.. So I might not be able to enter.. I'm working on it though.. Lets see what happens.

                  and at Jessesmit.. Yea.. Muscle ups.. You got it.. You know what I;m talking about =).. I'm still learning.
