Deep Web is just sites you need to login to see content.

Dark Web is where you need the special browser like Tor. I've never tried out the Dark Web. I did read a book about it too, though. Seems cool for if you live in a country where you government doesn't allow use of the internet.

yeah, they did actually look into banning TOR in UK but legally there is no case for it...



as someone else said it has its good points... the US government actually funded it
