Use a library PC if curiosity gets the better of you
Bro he was sending letters to the authorities and straight up asked, “are you guys able to trace floppy disks?”

And they’re like, “no of course not!” *wink wink*

I just can’t believe that he was that ******. That was a really ****** way to get caught. To ask if floppy disks can be tracked, and then believing them when they said no. Then sending the floppy disk. I think he wanted to get caught. He got tired of the cat and mouse game or felt guilty about his actions, although serial killers rarely feel guilt.

I don’t think he was ignored. He was featured on Americas Most Wanted plenty of times. But maybe he was ignored by the general public in a way.

Maybe he wanted to be known as one of the greats so to speak. But in terms of notoriety, I think he falls short of the Bundys, Gacys, and Dahmers in terms of the worst of the worst and the most feared of serial killers.

''Hey. You guys will tell me if I'm giving you TMI, right ? I mean, it would only be fair .''

              He was definitely chasing notoriety.
              Taunting an entire country.
He needed to up his body count, though.
20 years and ''only'' 10 vics.
