So what it wasn’t his first encounter with police. He said he was claustrophobic and can’t breathe that should be respected by police.

That is the real issue here- you guys don’t care police treat black men differently.

Back to the semantics. No they didn’t use those words.

Bro just stop. It’s one thing to have shifted right. It’s another thing to behave like the dumbest and least informed of the group.
Right, the medical examiner’s PRELIMINARY report said George Floyd had a level of fentanyl in his system that could be considered fatal under normal circumstances (even though you said no and refused to admit it.) The medical examiner also said there was no evidence of asphyxiation or strangulation. Chauvin was initially charged with 3rd degree murder.

Then the official, final autopsy report was released 5-6 days later. After the B.L.M riots and political pressure could have possibly made the medical examiner change his tune. At that point Chauvin was additionally charged with the more serious 2nd degree murder charge.

That’s what we have been discussing. Try to keep up.

No because he wasn’t determined to not be sober.

If Chauvin treated him as a human being, it wouldn’t have ended that way.

Instead, he treated him as less than a human being, most likely because he was a black man, which imo is why it ended this way.

            Preliminary shoulder. Let me explain.

If you get a 100 on the preliminary test and an 80 on the final test, that doesn’t average to a 90. You get an 80, the score you got on the final. Period.

Ahh back to the unproven far right racist conspiracy theory that B L M political pressure possibly impacted the final autopsy.

Shame this is what kind of person you’ve become.

Yes he was charged after the final autopsy, as is the same in every case. The final autopsy is what prosecutors used to charge Chauvin.

            Nothing new or suspect.

I am keeping up. I said this is dumb, idiotic racist conspiracy theory garbage when Madison and Western first floated it.

That you are trying to use it just shows how far you’ve fallen.

So because it was a preliminary interview are you saying it’s not true that fentanyl “Deaths have been certified with levels of 3?” (Floyd’s fentanyl level was 11 ng/mL.)

What I am saying is the preliminary report is not the final report.

As you are no doubt aware, but for some reason playing dumb, the final report either confirms the initial findings or corrects errors from the initial preliminary report.

In this case they were corrected if I am not mistaken.
