Rigo and his manager Gary Hyde have begged Quigg, Frampton and Santa Cruz to fight him for the last year. And all 3 of them and their managers/advisors have openly ducked his request.

If you were in his shoes what would you have done? You can make a case that he should move up. I can agree with that. But he shouldn't have to.

The point is he's being forced to take these fights because no one is willing to step in the ring with him. If you can name me off some guys that are willing to fight Rigo and are not just all talk like LSC, then by all means go ahead...

I can gurantee every fighter in the top 25 who's not a champ would love to fight any champion in their division, it's what they do, they fight. It's when they become champions that the wanna hold on to their belt like Frampton, which you have no problem with because he is admitting it? lol sure LSC is just using all the other champs names at 122 to promote himself hahaha nobody even knows who these guys are at 122 besides us.

I see what you mean and you are right in that regard. I really hope Frampton does take Rigo on in the future, not only for himself but for the sport as well. Rigo deserves a lot more than what he is currently working with, sadly by keeping Caribe around he isn't doing himself any favors. I think a year and a half to 2 we will see the fight materialise, by then Rigo will hopefully have his situation straightened out and Frampton will be done preparing himself for the challenge of a lifetime. Anyway respect, it was nice to actually talk boxing without flaming each other.

That amount of time should give both fighters ample time to clean out the division and build up the fight to where it needs to be.

OK. Well its September 7th, 2014. If by September 7th, 2015 he doesn't fight any of these guys. I will bump this thread in one year if we are both still posting on this site and you will have to say in large letters "LEO SANTA CRUZ IS A BITCH".
