Lazy ass post based on pure agenda-ism. Adds zilch to the debate - but you are not interested in debate - only an agenda.
Let me know when GGG steps up in class before they call anyone a liar ..Like you don't have an agenda trying to discredit someone who is as accomplished as much as Ward while trying to celebrate a guy who is just feasting on b level fighter after b level fighter !
the biggest circus act in boxing is GGG and his fans, the guy has racked up more than 10 title defenses against bums, cab drivers, and shot fighters, fkn clown and now he's fighting a guy that's been knocked out and had a war against NDam in the championship rounds, without the knockdowns that fight was very close and could've been a draw if we go by the judges scorecards
This circus act is headlining a ppv next month at the sold out MSG while ward is fighting on BET and couldnt sell out a circus tent in his own hometown of Oakland.
That aside, it would still like to see this fight. I like Ward and its an intriguing matchup of styles. Question is, what weight will it happen at? GGG is a solid 160lb fighter while Ward is fighting in the LHW division as of late. Can Ward even make 168? If so, is it in GGG's best interest to make the move up with so many big fights to make at 160?
With the winner of Cotto/Canelo waiting in the wind, GGG isnt even focused on Ward right now as those 2 fighters bring much more to the table along with a fight against either fighter would be a ppv hit! Ward needs to get his mojo back and fight/beat some relevant fighters to boost his profile.

Still living in 2011 I see. If ward really isn't a lair, and actually sent the emails when ggg had no opponent, then I'll eat crow. If ward stays as quiet as a church mouse, and can't produce any proof, then I guess he is a liar.
This thing is Floyd-Manny all over again, just on a smaller scale. GGG has picked up most Manny's blind followers, who are hardcore fight fans. And they co-sign anything this guy does, regardless of fact and/or logic.
I'm scared of needles. I need 24 days of no drug testing because giving blood makes me weak. We need to erect a temporary stadium. I got a cut over my eye that needs a year to heal. I'll fight him for free, but I won't take a career high guarantee. I'll fight anybody from 154-168. Froch at 168? Yes. Chavez Jr at 168? Yes. Ward at 168? Hell no. Fight has to be at 164. Will you leave the middleweight division to fight a 40yr old welterweight? Absolutely. Will you leave the middleweight division to fight a primed super middleweight? Na, unifying middleweight belts against C level titlist and natural jr middleweights is my goal. All kinda goes together.
Ward is irrelevant in todays boxing landscape. Headlining shows in empty arena's in Oakland is not what a superstar does. On the other hand GGG is selling out Madison Square Garden. When was the Super 6 concluded 4 years ago???
Ward is a Mayweather wanna-be: he wants to call the shot and make mts. of money. Besides, he's not much fun to fight--holding and shoving all night long.
One of the dirtiest fighters around, too. He uses his elbows more than his gloves.
No, Sanchez, you need to make up your mind. It is either you want to fight Ward or you want to unify the middle weight titles. It is quite simple to understand what you just said no matter how obscure and convoluted you try to make it.

WTF? What has opponent level and calling someone out as a liar got to do with each other. Err, hello?????????????? Come in Imperial1 - what fuckin planet are you on?
You must be a logic-challenged kind of person. Where am I discrediting Ward's accomplishments? I am pointing out that Sanchez calling him out as a liar means that Ward needs to respond with some proof - otherwise everyone is gonna assume that Ward is a liar.

I just look at actions that's what I look at and up until this point Ward has credibility with me considering his resume...Who is Sanchez to be questioning anyone's credibility with the crap they pulled with 164 catch weight nonsense ?

Correct. In other words it is all risk:reward - which is not fixed in time as many Ward fans want people to think. If Ward was calling out GGG in 2011 at the end of the Super Six and GGG was a big as he is now then the fight would have been PPV massive. But in the last 2 years Ward's career has lurched horribly backwards in terms of momentum (save signing for ROC) and GGG's career has taken off like a freight train on locomotive steroids.
Ward does need to get himself relevant again and then this whole conversation can start again. He could either fight DeGale at SMW or Fonfara at LHW before challenging Stevenson or Kovalev. Ward appears to be salty that he can't get the big earnings fights that Golovkin has in front of him now.
