There is less hype. Nobody thinks Spurs are any good anymore and in reality he’s got some great players and probably has the best striker in the world.

If Jose can hang his hat on a centre forward the game changes because he can get players to buy into being negative on the proviso they will score.

His best Chelsea had Lampard and Drogba. Chelsea could be in the ringer but they wouldn’t really care because Lampard would score a deflected free kick. Drogba would manhandle 4 defenders and either score or lay it off to someone else.

Teams empty the midfield now and try and put numbers in the box but with someone like Kane now and again you can just let him do his thing and you just say to Alli just get in that box.
