Not what was determined at trial. The medical examiner who ruled George Floyd's death a homicide testified that Floyd's heart disease and drug use contributed to his death, but police officers' restraint of his body and compression of his neck were the primary causes.

When are you going to answer about the lying in the report question I asked?

Lmfao. You can’t be this much of a racist imbecile.

Cops lie on reports when they know they are guilty of a crime. Otherwise, there is no reason to lie.

Because the cops first there tried to get Floyd into their squad car, when the did he repeatedly told them he is claustrophobic, couldn’t breathe and asked them to crack a window.

You really are playing dumb. You know there are different degrees of everything.

People say they can’t breathe when they get the wind knocked out of them. That surely isn’t the same thing as saying I can’t breathe if one is being choked.

No skin color is important to you Madison. You just keep trying to hide it.

Nowhere in the trial or any medical examiner report was the cause of death attributed to asphyxiation.

Floyd died because of cardiopulmonary arrest. Which obviously was contributed to by his clogged arteries, enlarged heart, and the drugs in his system. A neck restraint with the use of the legs was allowed by the police department. So the fact that Chauvin was charged with 2nd degree murder given these circumstances is exactly why some want him to get a retrial.

As far as him lying on the police report go ahead and bring charges on him for that. No issue there.

You asked. I gave a truthful response from the testimony of the officers involved.

He asked for the window to be cracked. If I am correct, when they came upon him, the window was open. So you need to try another fake excuse.

Don’t Get upset because the officer testimony undermined your black hatred excuse making.

If you honestly believe this, why are you questioning the Chauvin verdict?

Because I said a jury's verdict is not always right.

I believe the cops in the 1992 riot should have been found guilty... For Chauvin, I believe the verdict should be not guilty. And I explained my reason why.
