Even the Trump Justice Department co-signed the autopsy and was after Chauvin. I guess you guys don't want to talk about that

AG Barr quashed plea deal by fired Officer Derek Chauvin in George Floyd death

As part of the failed deal, Derek Chauvin was willing to go to jail for more than 10 years.

The fired Minneapolis police officer agreed to plead guilty to third-degree murder days after Floyd's death, but then-Attorney General William Barr rejected the deal.

Ohhh? He wanted to plead guilty? I wonder why.

      Keep running away from it
Even Dunn understands the difference between preliminary findings and the final autopsy report, and that corrections might be made in between.

You on the other hand can’t seem to grasp such a simple concept. Because you’re just a stupid motherf’er. Unfortunately I can’t help you with that, I just don’t have the patience to handhold and spoon feed you for days.

What corrections made in between? Let me know... I been waiting.

You claimed he changed the cause of death to homicide. Let's see the proof. I guarantee you're wrong dumbo

Should be very simple. If he somehow changed the cause of death to "homicide," then explain why he said this at the trial:

The prosecutor, Jerry Blackwell, asked Baker his opinion on the cause of death, taking everything into consideration.

“My opinion remains unchanged,” he said. “It’s what I put on the death certificate last June: It’s cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual restraint and neck compression. That was my top line then, it would stay my top line now.

Ask Dunn. He’s the one who discussed corrections.

So your beef is that he switched up something....but you don't want to say what he allegedly switched up

            Yea ok.

              To Summarize:
              • In video of the incident George Floyd was already saying he couldn’t breathe when he was standing up and not being restrained or constricted.
              • In his preliminary findings the medical examiner said Floyd’s body showed no evidence of asphyxia or strangulation.
              • The medical examiner said Floyd had 11 ng/mL of fentanyl in his system. And also said that “If he were found dead at home alone and no other apparent causes, this could be acceptable to call an OD. Deaths have been certified with levels of 3.”
              • The police department at the time allowed neck restraints with the use of the legs.
              • Chauvin was initially charged with 3rd degree murder.
              • After days of B.L.M paid agitators rioting and destroying property and the medical examiner’s office receiving threatening phone calls, the Minnesota Attorney General was put in charge of the prosecution. Two days before the official autopsy report was released.
              • The charges against Chauvin were upgraded to include 2nd degree murder.
So Charlie Kirk was correct in pretty much everything he said in the video in post #1.

He also said he can't breathe when he had a knee on his neck. That's when a police officer should take his knee OFF of his neck. That's not an invitation to keep a knee on his neck even after he passes out, dumbass.

The key term was no PHYSICAL evidence. The same medical examiner said straight up that Floyd's death was a HOMICIDE cause by the police laying him prone in handcuffs and one of them compressing Floyd's neck with his knee. The medical examiner's trainer said she agrees with the medical examiner that the cause of death was Floyd's heart and lungs failing due to the knee to the neck but the MECHANISM of death was asphyxia, which does not necessitate physical markers being present, such as if a pillow is used to smother someone, a choke hold being used, or a knee compressing the side of someone's neck.

The key part being with no other apparent causes, dumbass He said that drugs was NOT the main cause of his death. He said it was a HOMICIDE.

Experts all testified to the following which is clearly seen in the video:
                1. Floyd showed no signs of an overdose. He was awake, alert, talking, all which would not happen with an overdose.
                2. His respiratory rate was normal. With an overdose, his respiratory rate would be 40% less than normal.
                3. His toxicology report included norfentanyl, which means his body was actively processing the fentanyl, which is not the case with people who are overdosing.
                4. There was no fluid in his lungs which is typically seen in overdose deaths.

                .

That's NOT what Chauvin did. The man who trained him said a neck restraint using your legs is an MMA TRIANGLE. He said it is NOT taught. He also said it should NOT be used if the subject is handcuffed and under control. image.png

Chauvin also initially wanted to plead guilty and accept 10 years in a plea deal but Trump's attorney general wouldn't allow it.

                Which makes perfect sense:

                Second-degree unintentional murder:

                Unintentional Killing During a Felony:
The death occurs without premeditation or intent to kill, but during the commission of a felony or while committing an act that is inherently dangerous.

                False.
He flat out lied when he said the police taught Chauvin to use the technique.
                • Every police officer who took the stand said neck restraints using legs are NOT taught.
                • His trainer testified that what he did was NOT a neck restraint.
                • His trainer also said Chauvin was NOT allowed to kneel on Floyd's neck while he was handcuffed and under control.
He lied when he said the medical examiner claimed Floyd was overdosing in real time. He said nothing of the sort.

Medical examiner who ruled George Floyd's death a homicide blames police pressure for his death

"My opinion remains unchanged," said Dr. Andrew Baker, who ruled George Floyd's death a homicide. "It's what I put on the death certificate last June."

In conclusion, you're full of shlt and pathetic

Floyd was already saying that he couldn’t breathe while standing and not constricted. Doesn’t that indicate to you that he couldn’t breathe for another reason that is not Chauvin?

The medical examiner said it could be acceptable to call the amount of fentanyl in Floyd’s system an overdose. The amount is what it is, it doesn’t magically change and become less just because Floyd was being restrained.

Below is an interesting documentary that adds more wrinkles. Among them:
                  • Police body cam video showing different angles was withheld from the public and from the jurors.
                  • At Chauvin’s trial the judge didn’t allow a picture from a Minneapolis Police Department Power Point training presentation that showed the MRT (Maximal Restraint Technique, a.k.a the knee-on-the-neck restraint.)
                  • Six Minneapolis police officers are interviewed and confirm that they were trained in the MRT, one even says that all officers were trained in it. Another accuses police chief Arradondo of lying under oath when he denied it.
                  • Former Hennepin County prosecutor Amy Sweasy said in a deposition that she was on a call with Dr. Baker after he had finished the autopsy and found no evidence of asphyxiation and strangulation. She says he asked her “Amy, what happens when the actual evidence doesn’t match up with the public narrative that everyone’s already decided on? This is the kind of case that ends careers.”

What’s pathetic is how the race baiting victimhood mentality crowd and politicians demonized police so much that Minneapolis PD lost 380 police officers. And the city obviously saw crime surge as a result, at the time the documentary was filmed. Good job useful idiots. You played the exact role that the rich white fuckers who fund things like B.L.M wanted you to.

Suggest if you don't have the attention span of a fucking gnat, to give it a view.

                    Harsh reality....

No, it doesn't. He was clearly having a panic attack in the back of the police car. When he was on the ground and said that he couldn't breathe, Chauvin should have removed his knee period. That's what a good officer would do. Not kneel on his neck until he passes out and then kneel on his neck some more.

Once again, he also said this was a homicide. He said it was acceptable IF THERE WAS NO OTHER INFORMATION. He had other information, such as a video where he could see that Floyd showed no signs of overdosing, and a toxicology report that proved Floyd's body was processing the fentanyl fine as he had the tolerance to deal with the amount he ingested.

How many angles do you need to see clearly what happened?

MRT is used to secure a suspects legs to his waist when they are actively resisting and a threat to damage property, themselves, or others. Floyd WAS ALREADY CUFFED AND NOT RESISTING, NOT A THREAT TO ANYONE, ANYTHING OR TO HIMSELF. There was no need to keep a knee on his neck. AS ALL THE POLICE GOT ON THE STAND AND STATED CLEARLY.

Once again, MRT is used to secure a suspect's legs to his waist. They are then to be placed on their side immediately after it is done.

Maximal Restraint Technique (MRT): Technique used to secure subject’s feet to their waist in order to prevent the movement of legs and limit the possibility of property damage or injury to him/herself or others.
This is what the MRT is used for. ATTACH THE LEGS TO THEIR WAIST and IMMEDIATELY TURN THE SUSPECT ON THEIR SIDE precisely to avoid breathing issues. Obviously the officers did neither of these two things.

The woman that trained Dr. Baker said asphyxia was the mechanism of Floyd's death. What Dr. Baker stated was that it was a homicide because Floyd's heart was unable to pump enough oxygen to keep him alive due to the stress of having a knee on his neck.

All of the Minneapolis PD got up there and agreed that Chauvin was wrong for what he did. Did they not???

This was the testimony that destroyed Chauvin's chances of getting off period.

By the way I browsed the video you posted. Absolute bullshlt. It mostly revolves around officers claiming they were trained to do the Maximal Restraint Technique. Well then you tell me. When did the officers use the MRT, because I certainly never seen them tether Floyds legs to his waist and then put him in the side recovery position.
