Now let's talk about what you got wrong, ShoulderRoll. You keep bringing up the same things over and over but you refuse to acknowledge what those more knowledgable than you have said. You are doing a whole lot of ducking me, boy.

    1. Did you see where the man who trained Chauvin said a proper neck restraint with the legs is an MMA triangle? Is this what Chauvin did? maxresdefault.jpg

    2. Did you see where the MRT is used to secure a suspects legs to their waist and then they are to be moved on their side ASAP to recover? Is that what the officers did?
IV. RULES/REGULATIONS A. Maximal Restraint Technique - Use (06/13/14) 1. The Maximal Restraint Technique shall only be used in situations where handcuffed subjects are combative and still pose a threat to themselves, officers or others, or could cause significant damage to property if not properly restrained. 2. The MRT is accomplished in the following manner: a.One hobble restraint device is placed around the subject's waist. b.A second hobble restraint device is placed around the subject's feet. c.Connect the hobble restraint device around the feet to the hobble restraint device around the waist in front of the subject. 3. Do not tie the feet of the subject directly to their hands behind their back. This is alsoknown as a hogtie. 4. A supervisor shall be called to the scene where a subject has been restrained using the MRT to evaluate the manner in which the MRT was applied and to evaluate the method of transport. B. Maximal Restraint Technique - Safety (06/13/14) 1. As soon as reasonable, any person restrained using the MRT who is in the prone position shall be placed in the side recovery position.

    3. This is an overdose on Fentanyl. Tell me how Floyd was so alert and had a regular respiratory rate if he was overdosing in real time as you stated.

      "Saint Floyd" died of autism.

      It all makes sense now.

This guy, Balko, destroyed the documentary Shoulder posted to the point that even Con-servatives were saying..."My bad, I got it wrong." Keep trying.

Hey, a couple of "pigs" are in the Feds.

            Yay.

Have you told anybody not to act like a fucking retard in regards to the police lately?

            Probably not.

The key term was no PHYSICAL evidence. The same medical examiner said straight up that Floyd's death was a HOMICIDE cause by the police laying him prone in handcuffs and one of them compressing Floyd's neck with his knee. The medical examiner's trainer said she agrees with the medical examiner that the cause of death was Floyd's heart and lungs failing due to the knee to the neck but the MECHANISM of death was asphyxia, which does not necessitate physical markers being present, such as if a pillow is used to smother someone, a choke hold being used, or a knee compressing the side of someone's neck.

The key part being with no other apparent causes, dumbass He said that drugs was NOT the main cause of his death. He said it was a HOMICIDE.

Experts all testified to the following which is clearly seen in the video:
              1. Floyd showed no signs of an overdose. He was awake, alert, talking, all which would not happen with an overdose.
              2. His respiratory rate was normal. With an overdose, his respiratory rate would be 40% less than normal.
              3. His toxicology report included norfentanyl, which means his body was actively processing the fentanyl, which is not the case with people who are overdosing.
              4. There was no fluid in his lungs which is typically seen in overdose deaths.

              .

That's NOT what Chauvin did. The man who trained him said a neck restraint using your legs is an MMA TRIANGLE. He said it is NOT taught. He also said it should NOT be used if the subject is handcuffed and under control. image.png

Chauvin also initially wanted to plead guilty and accept 10 years in a plea deal but Trump's attorney general wouldn't allow it.

I'm not even sure what you're trying to prove here.

              Which makes perfect sense:

              False.
He flat out lied when he said the police taught Chauvin to use the technique.
              • Every police officer who took the stand said neck restraints using legs are NOT taught.
              • His trainer testified that what he did was NOT a neck restraint.
              • His trainer also said Chauvin was NOT allowed to kneel on Floyd's neck while he was handcuffed and under control.
He lied when he said the medical examiner claimed Floyd was overdosing in real time. He said nothing of the sort.

In conclusion, you're full of shlt and pathetic

I'm also telling police to not act like fvvcking rtards in regards to the people, or they may end up like Pig Chauvin.

                    This was already debunked.

They were NOT taught to kneel on a man's neck for 9 minutes. They were taught to tether a suspects legs to their waist and then flip the suspect over into the side recovery position immediately.

Did you see the officers do that?

They have 340 million to police and you guys only have a handful if cases to talk about, most of which don't stand up to scrutiny... so they are doing a pretty good job when they have to deal with trash like Floyd on a daily basis
