Brenda. Jody flipping Morris.
If we could get RLC, Hudson-Odoi, Reece James, Tammy Abraham, Ethan Ampadu in and around the first team. I'll take finishing 6th. No worries.
Chelsea dominate so heavily at youth level that the team is essentially getting even younger. Probably the only reason Barcelona could actually beat them

Originally posted by Caught Square View PostShit.... Buvac, the Liverpool assistant who the club recently announced would be on a 'break due to personal reasons' has become 1st or 2nd favourite (depending where you look) to take over as Arsenal manager.
The Bosnian paper that reported this also reported that Klopp and him would join Liverpool the day before Rodgers was sacked. The head of recruitment at Arsenal worked with Buvac at Dortmund for 7 years.
There could be some truth to this.

Buvac + Mislintat, and Pepijn Lijnders leaving Holland to join up at Arsenal.
Talk about something interesting.

What a game. High quality football man.
Without a doubt Pep Guardiola made Bayern a worse club. They don't even have the urgency to hoof the ball up the field when it's needed. CBs and Gk holding the ball in critical moments. Jeeezus.
Real and Liverpool it looks like?

Pep took a dominant team that won the treble (cl included) and even made the final (got robbed by chelsea) the previous season..
Turned them into a bunch of turnips who can't do **** in Europe anymore
Real Madrid do it ****ing again.. Ronaldo has to be the GOAT.. this Madrid team sucks and they still get to the final

Dunno what I was expecting to read in here, but people blaming Pep (who left 2 managers ago) for Bayern being knocked out of the CL in 2018 was down near the bottom of the list.
Firstly, City have hoofed the ball in the dying seconds when required. To blame Pep for Bayern's patience in the last couple of seconds is embarrassing.
Second, that will have been instructions from THIS manager from the sideline. If you think Pep had enough of an effect on the players that they're still following his instruction over the current manager's two years later then I think you're paying a bit too much respect to Pep.
Bayern absolutely dominated the tie either way, should've won by 3-4 on aggregate at least. They were miles better than Real Madrid in each game.
You lot hate Pep man.Last edited by El Fenomeno; 05-02-2018, 02:46 AM.

Who signed the safe-standing petition?
Got 100k signatures now so will be debated in parliament apparently.
What's to even debate? Those who want it should be able to do it, those who don't can stay in the seated areas. I don't see the argument that can be made to not bring it in, follow the Germans' example on this.
I hate sitting down at the match. Just feels wrong.
